    Our solid-state relays use power semiconductor devices as the main control components and have the characteristics of high performance, intelligence, digitalization, systematization and green development.  Zenli's SSR come with a wide range of features and capabilities designed to meet the diverse needs of modern industrial control systems.

    Our SSR feature multiple switching modes, including zero-crossing and random, providing flexibility and adaptability for different control signal requirements.  The zero-crossing type ensures precise control by requiring the load voltage to reach the zero zone before activation, thereby reducing load effects and RF interference.  On the other hand, the random type responds quickly and is suitable for dimmers, thermostats resistive loads and some inductive load applications.

    Zenli's SSR feature powerful anti-parallel thyristors that ensure a higher dv/dt (rate of rise) tolerance of 500V/us, making them ideal for capacitive and inductive loads.  Additionally, our SSR feature solid state voltage regulators with thyristor switching circuits, resistor-capacitor phase shift circuits, hysteresis circuits and overvoltage circuits, allowing for precise AC power regulation using external potentiometers.

    Our SSR feature current ranges from 0.5A to 400A, voltage ranges from 12V to 680V, ​​small form factors, vacuum welding processes, *ON* or *OFF* status LED indicators, protective panels, and comply with IEC standards.  In addition, input and output types can be selected to suit a variety of DC/AC, AC/AC and DC/DC applications.
